The “Problem with Old Units”
Why Replacing an old unit is always best recommended and a wise decision.
New Unit’s Warranty on Parts and labor for up to 10 years.
For new units installed by us, you have the option of joining the Warranty Protection Plan (WPP) that covers all the labor for repairs and part replacement, for up to 10 years as well as Yearly, The membership only cost you $ 195.00 per year and includes the yearly maintenance!!
New AC Unit
For a new unit your price is $ 4900.00, includes The indoor and outdoor unit, with 10 years warranty (manufacture’s warranty), 1 year labor, PERMITS, all of the standard required by law, like: Hurricane “Tide-Downs”, UV “Pipe Covers”, locking Caps ETC.
For Property Managers and Contractors we have an special price of $ 4900.00 on all the 2 Tons SEER2 Split systems with multi-position AHU for Central Air (Ruud Or Rheem), but not only that: In 2024 as part of our effort to expand our customer’s list, we are still extending this low price to the 2.5 and 3 Tons AC Systems.
