Standards
Some of the following are requirements and standards procedure for all of the new installation as per Florida Code (Were applicable)
- Float switches and safety devices, type one two or three (depending on the type of the instalation).
- Florida approved hurricane tide-downs or strapping.
- Service valves looking caps
- Spply and return plenum replacement or modification.
- Permitting fees, meeting with Inspector on Inspection day.
- UV outside armorflex, as well as piping and tubing insulation where required.
- absorption pads where needed or required by code or structure
- Auxiliary Drain Pan (Vertical or Horizontal) where required by the code.
- Air Mastic Seal (Were necessary)
- Black Spots clean up during plennun restorations.
Maintenance and thermostat
- First Year Maintenance
- Thermostat (if requested), in some cases, the house already have a high-end thermostat that is far more advanced than the basic free thermostat, in those cases we do not downgrade your thermostat to our regular Basic Non-Pro (unless is requested).
Parts (10yrs) Labor (1Yr or 2 Yrs*)
Most manufacturers are ofering 10 years parts on their new equipments.
We recommend Rheem and RUUD, they both offer 10 Years part warranties rigth from the box.
When you install a new AC unit with us, We provide you with one year labor, so basically on the first year, your AC is fully cover (part and labor), then, for the next 9 years you will be covered by the manufacturer's part warranty, you will only need to pay for labor.
